The Padrick Cyril Barrett Foundation respects your privacy. This policy explains what information may be collected when you visit padrick.org, contact us, share a memory, or use a third-party service linked from our website.

The website does not currently include account registration or on-site payment collection. If you use our contact form, subscribe for updates, or contact us by email, we may receive your name, email address, message, subscription choice, submission type, and any other information you choose to provide. If you submit a memory, story, photograph, or other file, we also receive that content and related file information.
Information collected automatically
Our website host and related service providers may automatically receive limited technical information needed to deliver, secure, and maintain the website, such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, and the date and time of a visit. We do not use this website to sell personal information or for targeted advertising.
How information may be used
We may use information to respond to messages, consider submitted memories or photographs for publication, operate and protect the website, improve our communications, comply with legal obligations, and support the Foundation’s charitable activities.
Stories, memories, and photographs
Please submit only content you have permission to share. We will not publish a submitted story, memory, or photograph on the website without appropriate permission. Contact us if you would like us to review, correct, or remove material you previously provided.
File uploads
Files submitted through the contact form are stored by service providers that help us operate the website. We use uploaded files to review and respond to your submission and, when applicable and with appropriate permission, to consider material for the Foundation’s stories or gallery. Please do not upload sensitive financial, medical, identity, or account information.
Donations and third-party services
When online giving becomes available, donations are expected to be processed through Deluxe for Nonprofits or another identified third-party processor. Payment and transaction information entered on a third-party page is handled under that provider’s privacy and security practices, not this policy. Other external links may also lead to services with their own policies.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website or Foundation, when you ask or authorize us to do so, or when required to comply with law or protect rights and safety. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received, our operational needs, and applicable legal requirements.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
Your choices
You may ask about personal information you have provided to us or request that it be corrected or deleted, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may unsubscribe from Foundation updates at any time using the instructions in an email or by contacting us. You may also choose not to provide information by email.
